Vitalina Pacheco

TAUNTON- Vitalina C. Pacheco, age 84, of Taunton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at RegalCare at Taunton. She was the beloved wife to the late Manuel G. Pacheco, who passed away in June of 2020. 

Born in Portugal, Vitalina was one of three children born to the late  Jose Lourenco de Azevedo and Adelaide Cota (da Silva) de Azevedo.

For nearly 20 years Vitalina worked as a Machine Operator for Texas Instruments in Attleboro. 

Vitalina is survived by her loving sons: Eduardo Pacheco of Attleboro, Jose Pacheco of TX, Frank Pacheco of Marshfield and John Pacheco of FL. She was also the loving grandmotherof 9 and great-grandmother of 5. She is also survived by her sister: Theresa Perpetur. 

Vitalina’s funeral with visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 9:30 am from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, in Saint Anthony Church, School Street, Taunton. 

Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
