Brandon D. Ortiz-Carney, age 26, of Raynham, passed away on November 14, 2022.
Born in Wilmington, Delaware he was the son of Shannon (Carney) Chuckran and Jose Ortiz. Step-son of Nicholas Chuckran.
Brandon, also known as “BOC” graduated from Bridgewater-Raynham High School in 2015, followed by Universal Technical Institute, 2016. He enjoyed working with his hands as a diesel mechanic, spending weekends with friends and torturing his little brother. Brandon was loved dearly by his family and friends. He was kind, fun, considerate and helpful person full of love that will be greatly missed.
Besides his loving parents, he is survived by a brother; Hunter Chuckran, grandparents; Richard Carney, Russell Chuckran, Sharon Pawlowski, Trina Carney and several aunts and uncles. He was the grandson of the late Brenda Chuckran and Carmen Rodriguez.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 1 to 4pm in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.
Burial will be held privately.
Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
