Barbara A. (Glennon) Blinn, passed away on December 9, 2023 at her residence in Taunton with her youngest daughter Deborah by her side.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward “Chic” Blinn.
Born in Boston, Barbara was the daughter of the late John and Edith (Bradford) Glennon.
Before her retirement, Mrs. Blinn was employed as a home health aide.
She enjoyed working on arts and crafts, most of all Barbara cherished time spent with her family and friends.
Barbara is survived by her loving daughters, Linda Kelley, Kimberly Bolduc and Deborah Blinn, grandmother of Jess Bolduc, Melissa Osis, Olivia Rose Blinn and Hannah Kelley.
Barbara is the sister of Doreen Glennon, Karen Glennon and Eve Rossi. Mrs. Blinn is also survived by her beloved companion her dog Dakota and an uncle Gary Bradford and an aunt Barbara McGregor as well as many nieces and nephews. Barbara was also the sister of the late Steven Glennon and the late Cheryl Glennon.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 beginning at 1pm followed by a funeral service at 3pm in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.
Additional parking with handicap access is located on the North side of the funeral home.
Interment will be held privately.
