August "Gus" J. Pimental, III

August “Gus” J. Pimental, III, age 53 of Taunton, passed away at his residence on September 25, 2023.

Born in Taunton, he was the beloved son of August and Marion (Westgate) Pimental, Jr.

August was the husband of Kathy (Allsop) Pimental.

Mr. Pimental was previously employed with Skyline Roofing as a crane operator.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, being outside enjoying life and fishing with his dad. He was a fun loving guy who was the life of the party.

Besides his beloved parents and wife, Mr. Pimental is survived by his two sisters; Sandra Ferris and her late husband Steven of Taunton and Tammy Reynolds and her husband Douglas of Lakeville. August was the brother of the late George Pimental. August is also survived by his nephews Steven, Justin, Matthew and Joseph, his niece Heather, great nieces Siara and Savaya, great nephews Haven, Isaiah and Theodore

 He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 9 am followed by a service to begin at 10am in the Chapel of the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton. Additional parking with handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home.

His burial will be held privately.
